Dr. Archita Tiwari is the Founder and Director of Rehabics Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre which is located in Koramangala, Bengaluru. She is a member of Indian Association of Physiotherapy (IAP). She has completed her Bachelors of Physiotherapy (BPT) from The Oxford College Of Physiotherapy, Bengaluru affiliated by Rajiv Gandhi University Of Health Sciences, Karnataka.
She has constantly strived to update her skills by engaging in various certified courses like Dry Needling Therapy (DNT) and Kinesiotaping (KTP). Her interest in physiotherapy has further motivated her to attend credible and reputed workshops and National Institute Of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) conference to gain better exposure according to international standards.
Dr. Archita is very dedicated in guiding her patients back to their physical best by utilising her knowledge and experience. She is an expert in creating an individualised treatment plan for each patient’s conditions as per their convenience.
Her expertise in dry needling therapy, sports injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, core rehabilitation, women’s health and spine care collectively provide insightful treatment options for a variety of conditions using integrative holistic approach. She is supportive and encouraging while providing treatment and fitness programs that challenge her clients beyond their perceived limits and promotes positivity towards their health goals. Her communication and relationship building skills contribute to a positive environment for a successful outcome.
Dr. Archita has previously worked as team leader physiotherapist at Zelus physiotherapy Private Limited of Koramangala branch for three years.
